All of my friends have been asking me to make a blog post of this recipe for months and I am finally sharing it so here is my recipe for gluten free crock pot turkey chili! Lately I have been unable to find the McCormick Organic Chili seasoning that I have always used, so I have been using the following spices instead, either works, but I prefer McCormick’s seasoning!

2 lbs ground turkey
2 cans pinto beans
2 can light red kidney beans
2 cans petite diced tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
1. On the stove cook 2 lbs ground turkey with spices.
2. Transfer ground turkey to crock pot and mix in pinto beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, and sauce. Stir well.
3. Cook in crock pot on high for 4 hours.
